Pressure in d head

Its nice to be here and to know that one is not alone in this. The head pressure just started and also raised my blood pressure. Though with anxiety, hot flashes, palpitations etc.  Pls is anyone going through this and what supplements can one use to help on this. Thanks all

    Hi Folyboye, I have those symptoms I'm just taking Magnesium supplements and Antidepressants for relaxation..one minute when you think it's get getting better it comes back..don't sleep properly either just have to wait it out day hope for the best.

      Tanx Maria. I do appreciate. I have been on magnesium and calcium for over a year also but not on antidepressant. Will try it out also. Just worried more on tbe raised bp and head vibes. Tanks and much love

    I started using "one a day menopause" vitamin to help with the hot flashes and I have to say I have noticed an incredible difference. I use Zoloft (antidepressant) for the anxiety. I've had a raised blood pressure on and off for years. I keep getting told to exercise more.

      Dear Sears4. nice for being there. Reslly appreciate. I hope i can get the one a day menopause on the net or amazon. Will consult my GP if i can use the antidepressant also thoigh i understand it shoots weight up. I will definitely get back to you. Just so worried on the raised bp and the head vibes.
