Pretty sure i have herpes

I mean what else could it be really.. Ok, so this past friday and saturday i had some anal itching (buttcrack area). I didn't think much of it because I get itchy there sometimes when I use those wet flushable wipes (fragrance) and also when my hair grows back from shaving. So I assumed it was a combination from both and didn't even bother to look at it. It was really itching friday, so I decided to scratch it through my pants using my pants fabric against my skin kinda hard, but not really. It still itched afterwards so I left it alone for a bit. Later that day it itched some more pretty bad so I decided to go to the bathroom and go to town on it. I scratched it vigorously using balled up toilet paper and I think more of the wet wipes. It didn't hurt, just some relief. The next day (sat) I don't think it itched much. So sunday I was showering and decided to go to town on it again but this time with my loofah pretty hard because it felt a little itchy while I was washing it. Still didnt hurt, maybe a slight burn after scratching? Cant remember. Later that night I was watching a movie and I could feel the itchy spot again but this time I could feel like something was there? Like I felt irritation if that makes sense with a slight itch so I went to the bathroom to finally take a look at it. I got a mirror and saw a cluster of raw circles, not blisters (probably scratched them off?) It wasn't deep ulcers, but more like the skin was rubbed off. It felt slightly tender when I touched the sores but it didn't hurt or sting at all. They weren't weeping or oozing or white or yellow, they were just red raw spots that looked slightly wet from there being no skin. I squeezed it nothing leaked out. The first picture is from sunday night when I first saw the sores, and the other pictures are from today tuesday morning and they already look like they are healing. Is it possible for herpes to heal that fast? In two days first outbreak? I touched the sores today and they didn't hurt at all. They didn't even feel tender or itch. They now look really light pink where it looked red before . They are flat not deep ulcered. Do you think I just scratched off my skin? Or does it look like herpes? Pretty sure its herpes either way. What are your thoughts?
