problem with hearing does any one else have this and could it be anxiety causing it..please help

I posted a few months ago about this same condition, my ears both feel half deaf, had doctor look last time although i have health anxiety and am sooo scared of what doctors might say so I don,t usually go, and he looked and found no blockage or infection which really worried me as to what it could be..then it got better for 2 or 3 months but now it,s back i,m scared i,m going deaf..does any body else have this condition, i,m 49 and worried sick..

    Sounds like it could be lymph congestion,( if he looked in your ears and ear wax build up is not the problem...as that can cause loss of hearing or muffled sounds till it's removed)  Can't hurt to do some gentle lymph massage on yourself - I go on youtube and search for lymph massage drainage- one girl is very good and I've had lots of women get good results after keeping up with doing it.  Otherwise get a second opinion

      Hi thanks for your reply, have you had this before and if so how many times? yes i think or hope you are right about lymph congestion..i will look into .my neck aches too whether its connected i on,t know//

    Do you having ringing dizziness or vertigo? I would ask for a vestibular test done.

      Hi no i don,t have those symptoms.. just the slight deafness.. I will have to go to the doctor in the end if it dosn,t go soon, its just I have a massive phobia of going to the doctors nowadays.. whih is just awful
