Problem with period cycle

On July 11th that’s my first time using a tampon as I travelled to a tropical island. The flow of my period is very light for 7 days when tampon is in use. 

But after approx 2-3 weeks from the date my light flow period stopped, I spotted for another 7 days. Not blood flow but spotting. 

So I should due on the 10th of August but it’s not here yet as of now 19th of August. Does the 7 days spotting delayed my cycle or I’m having other problems?
