Doing fine with 20mg x 2 (propranolol) daily. Been a rough year. Anxiety has become an issue. Has anyone had or have been prescribed low dose Xanax along with propranolol (Tremor)? I feel no need to go up in dosage concerning propranolol, due to low BP.
