Prostatitis?

Hi, Ive been feeling unwell for three days now, started with the worst headache ever. Last night I got the chills. I have noticed that sometimes I urgently have to go to urinate and when I do it feels like a stinging feeling than when I finish feels like I could urinate again. I also noticed that when I masturbate and ejaculate, there is like a clear liquid coming out before I cum (its not precum, is more liquidy and far more of it), then when I ejaculate its very liquidy and a bit green. My bowels feel like something is stuck up there (!). Felt feverish, generally unwell. I felt a sort of pain in my groin during the night. 

Any ideas?

I thought it cvould be an sti, but the only "activty" ive engage din is mutual masturbation with a couple of other guys. No actual "sex".

    could be lots of things, but get to the doctor asap.  If it is "prostatitis", very important to get treatment quickly.

    Probably an infection. You really should be telling your doctor rather than us - we can't prescribe!

    sounds like an infection, are you taking any antibotics?

      No, its only been for two days - might go to the drs rtomorrow.

    The chills can be a fever. I had chills this summer. Was freezing sitting in a 81 degree room. Had a temp.of 103. Was a bad UTI infection.

      I wouldn't wait. Even if you think you feel better. If your like me you will say I feel fine. Screw it. Then Friday night it will kick in get worse and you will either have to wait the weekend or take the chance you get a good doc at a walk in or the hospital.

      I was like that back in August and I was close to going into septic shock.

      I went to ER and they jumped all over me with antibiotics. Don't wait

    Ah well, went to the Dr this morning. He gave me Co-Amoxiclav....didnt give a urine sample and he gave no impresion of needing to have a feel around the prostate....Hopefully it'll clear up.

      Usually to check properly for infection, it's better if he caths you to get it. That way there's no risk of cross contaminations. How he did mine once. If not , and you have to give one, wash your hands first. Usually they give you a towelettes to wash your penis to.
