Purple lumps, no pain, not itchy, no blood - with graphic pictures

hello!

I am very concerned now after readin a lot online. I am 21 year old, gay and had anal sex (last time 2 years ago). Some time around 1 year ago I think, I realised that my Anus is different.

I was hoping it would go away on their own, but it doesnt.

So I only have this when I stretch my Anus, you can see in real time how it starts to get purple around my Anus and swollen.

Before stretching:

(And I also have these 2 white spots, probably skin I wanna get removed, maybe someone knows more)

maybe 10 seconds later:

And another 5-10 seconds:

It also goes away kinda fast again aswell. Sometimes its like in the second picture from the start. Sometimes not.

It doesnt itch at all, 0 pain and no bleeding.

I have no idea what it is.

It doesnt sound like external haemmoroids since its not always visible. I also had external haemmorids (one lump) with 14 once due to hard stool. The lump was different, it hurt and didnt go away when relaxed like now. It was gone with a creme after a week or so.

These purple lumps are literally in the skin and they like swoll slowly. So I figured it also cant be internal.

I have this for a long time now...

Any ideas? This is the reason why I did not have sex for so long and I am very Embarrased and slowly scared...thank you

oh ok thanks! Didnt know that possiblity 😕 I read that its atleast very common and not the very worst outcome...gotta see a doctor

Do you mean the two white spots could be HPV or does that also include the purple swollen areas? I couldnt find any information about such swollen purple areas combined with HPV
