So I've had severe panic disorder for over 2 months now and I have this weird feeling on the left side of my body that I cannot get past I feel like it's something more but the doctors and family try to get me to explain the feeling and I just don't know how but it's very intense and scary, does anyone have a similar experience and if you could share with me your strange symptoms that might help me out as well

I've suffered from panic and anxiety/depression since I was 18, I'm now 40. I could literally write a book with the symptoms I've gone through. I know what you mean about these indescribable feelings, mine can range from pain to just a feeling of fullness or a sensation that I can't describe. If I'm particularly bad it will ber permanent but I notice if I wake during the night it's gone but will be there first thing in the morning.
The best thing you can do for yourself is come to terms with the fact it's just anxiety or panic. When I say I've suffered with this since I was 18 I don't want you to get the idea that I'm some hermit. I've lived a full life dotted with periods of severe anxiety, I've been on anti depressants to cope on and off since then, on now. I;ve got used to all these weird sensations in my body. The current common one is a fullness of my tongue, sounds weird right? But it feels like my tongue is swelling in my mouth and if I let it it can send me panicking but I've got used to that now and can calm myself.
I hope you're getting help for this in one way or another because it can be hell xx

I once had an episode at work where I was heating my food up in the microwave and tried a bit and I must have had a mouth ulcer or something but I was convinced the food had glass in it and couldn't eat it. I became obsessed with that for a few days. Anxeity is odd dude.

Sorry I ask a lot but Im new to this and no one seems to understand what Im feeling even my family and friends, they think Im going nuts, I don't want them to be sad and worried, I was hoping you and everyone here who has the same problem shed some light on this feeling.
I have a lot of question bcoz I'm not sure anymore if this is panic, anxiety, depression or underlying disease.
