Did you start the 40mg yet. The doctor asked me about raising it, but was to scared to do it yet. I see her again at the end of the month.  I finally discovered why my blood pressure is so low, it’s from the addition of 50 mgs of Trazadone I take at night for sleep which also lowers blood pressure. I already was taking 40mgs of Lisinopril for high blood pressure. I was getting so dizzy and lightheaded. I will wean down to 25mg of Trazadone this week, and go back to melatonin.  Everyone says this could take a while it will be 6 week mark for me on Friday. Please stay in touch.

Lynn, tomorrow starts week 12 on 20. Only in the last two weeks have I had any good days and today was one of those. Yesterday was bad.

It has taken this long for me. I will stick with it as I do feel better overall.

It may take less time for you. Stay with it and you will get back to your old self.

Great Nancy, I too felt a little less anxious today. I went to the gym and made 10,000 steps on my fit bit.

      i will stay the course.

    Hi,

I was going to post a similar question and then saw yours. My doctor increased my dose from 30mg to 40 mg  I took my first 40 on Saturday evening. I feel like I’m starting all over again.

I thought I was coping on 30mg. I was certainly getting more good days.

This is week 13 for me.

    Stay strong.

Beat me to it does only ease the sensation doesn't take it away that's where my cbt comes in you have to program your mind that it's ok and there is no danger
