Ramipril withdrawal and side effects

In February, I had an icd fitted. I've have gradual increases from 1.25mg of ramipril to 10mg. During this time I have started sweating again (I had stopped sweating due to weight loss), but now it really awfully profusely sweating. I have other mee, which I have either stopped or changed to no avail. So now we have hopefully narrowed it down to the ramipril.! My question is, does anybody know how long it will take for this awful side effect of sweating to stop, if it is the ramipril causing it, as I have stopped taking it and now take Losartan. TIA

    Hope you are well and have found relief. I, too, am taking Ramipril 10mg and have developed an almost non-stop issue of excessive sweating. 

    Once you stopped taking Ramipril, did your sweating stop?
