Hi again! I've had anxiety my whole life but I've never really made a proper list of all the symptoms simply because it's been the norm all this time, so what is caused by anxiety for me personally is hard to pinpoint.
Recently (The past few months or maybe year) I've noticed that I've been getting random twitches all over. It seems like every muscle in my body is prone to them. I'll be sitting and get a little twinge in my leg that'll cause it to move on its own for a second, I'll be trying to sleep and have my jaw twitch shut for a second, I'll have my fingers twinge at random. All in all it usually happens once or twice daily.
I don't have any muscular pain or anything so I don't think much of it, but I was wondering if anybody else has got the same thing? I'm super curious.

I'm certain my vitamin D levels and B12 are fine. I've never had any issue with them. I did however have a traumatic nerve event that caused my body to twitch out of control for two days, so I often wonder if that's contributed at all.

So you sunbathe a lot and get plenty of Vitamin D3? You hardly get it out of food nowadays. At least 15 minutes full body sunshine every day will keep your D3 up. "Thinking" your levels are fine is different to actually knowing. Most common symptoms from Vitamin D deficiency are feeling vibrations, panic attacks, being very passive/not feeling like doing anything, agoraphobia, and many vital processes in the body. It is considered a hormone. People lacking Vitamin D have an increased chance of developing cancer. You can say it's one of the most vital vitamins.

Where I live it's very difficult to see a specialist. I've spoken briefly about it with my doctor and she hasn't shown any concern about it, though.
