That's great that you went to help your mom.. BUT I hear ya I would absolute flip out if I came home to that!!!WOW...I get p****d when spouse loads the dishwasher-- he trys but it's not that hard.. It really looks like a 10 year old did it... This is why I'm at my wits end-- If I could get some help with chores, maybe then I could relax some... That's exactly how my crew would do the X-mas dec is throw everything in boxes and be down with it.. grrrrr

    Hi there,

I feel for you I really do... Christmastime can be quite a stressful time as it is, but you have had the added bonus of having to care for your mum... and then go home to a mess. Not easy and not nice.

I totally sympathise... Hormones, especially perimenopause and menopause don't help the sutuation. In fact they can magnify the problem and make you feel overwhelmed and stressed to the max.

I get days like this so you're not alone.

Scream and shout if you have to to get it out of your system, if it makes you feel better. I try to remove myself from the problem and get a few minutes peace then tackle what lies ahead.

Can anyone help?? Partner or children?

Sometimes everything just seems a lot harder because of flippin' hormones...

    Hope this helps x

Just wanted to write and say I'm sorry this is happening. I feel your frustration and anger. I've become very sensitive to sounds lately and feel angry at the littlest things. Take a deep breath and make a list of what everyone needs to do to help you out and delegate. Stand firm and hang in there. Warm hugs to you. -K

I hear you. I'm in a rant hormone mood too. My teeth are killing me and no one knows why and I'm terrified and just learned can also be because of perimenopause which I'm in and I did skip a period for the first time tho I was on steroids for my tooth which can delay period. I'm so SICK of peri and getting ALL the symptoms while my friends are freakin fine. I eat healthy take care of my teeth etc. I just never had the chance to have kids. I'm about to turn 48 too so super depressed about that but tooth pain not helping. 😦 I'm with you sister!
