I have this rash on my arm and on my chest. any idea what it might be and what I might try to get rid of it?

    it doesn't really itch or bother me other than how it looks. I've tried anti-fungal spray but it doesn't seem to work very well

    It looks like a fungal infection to me. You can try apply coconut oil for relief. Do this 3 times daily for a few days. If this remedy doesn't help, you may you need to go to the doctor.
