Rash on thighs and armpits

for about a week now ive had rashes appear on thighs and armpits, very itchy and sometimes painful, driving me round the bend tbh, it takes weeks if not longer to get GP access, so wondered if anyone could help identify what it could be.

    This may just be a fungal infection caused by sweat and areas of skin rubbing on skin.  You could try a 1% clotrimazole cream which you should be able to buy from any chemist/pharmacy,but make sure the areas are clean and dry before applying sparingly. Try not to wear anything in bed to let air get to the areas,and only wear pure cotton next to the skin during the day.......many manmade fabrics can cause this. If you are overweight it makes it worse.

    However if this doesnt clear then you do need to see a doctor as it could be Hyradenitis which is much more difficult to clear and  only a professional will be able to help.
