Rashes on the top of hand.What is the reason behind this?

I've had an itchy red rash on the top of my hands for quite a few days now. They are getting very bad now. My dermatologist asked me to stop using any chemical liquids and it was because of some allergic content in them. How can I find out what chemical is causing this? I recently cleaned my windows using a new liquid and on the very same day, I started getting rashes. I was looking for some eco friendly cleaning methods and I came across this one https://www.clerawindows.com/blog/9-tips-to-find-great-eco-friendly-products-to-clean-your-window/. Im still trying to figure out how I got the rashes.
