Razor burn? Friction? Or herpes?!

what could this be? Ive had prolonged sex which caused friction before. When I google it takes me straight to herpes, please help! imageimageimage

    herpes causes painful Blisters and then become ulcers, spread easily to other places.. Syphillis / LGV cause painless Chancre with raised border and mostly it goes unnoticed

    Chancroid cause painful ulcers..

    groin chafing or groin fiction cause skin redness / blisters / sores and it gets healed if you apply antifungal cream or oinment

    Ps: Ulcers takes time to heal

    I did some research on std
