Re breathing problems

I mentioned earlier about pollution contributing to sinus and breathing problems. Having recently seen a top respiratory consultant, he was quite concerned that I have electric storage heaters. He strongly recommended that I have them removed!! Apparently they over dry the air and can emit soot-like deposits. I have spoken to many of the people who live near me, and quite a few have similar problems. Unfortunately, we cannot change everything in our lives and I do feel that small changes could help.

We have central heating meters in our house and when it's on I can feel twice as ill. It dried up all the air hence dries up our nasal passages so the problems begin. I try to avoid anywhere with central heating or air con.

I Beleive it's a case by case basis as their is no ideal humidity level for every person. I have always read and even been told by my naturopath to keep humidity levels at 40% but then I feel thick and muccus in the nasal area and when there is too much humidity the post nasal drip is constant . Can't win 😡
