Really bad yeast infection or herpes! 🥺

So here I am online because my anxiety is through the roof! So before I start I suffer from chronic BV. However two days ago i was woken up out of a dead sleep from a sever itching. i mean bad, I couldnt function. Its on the side of my libia and clitours area that itched the most.! i already went to the dr and just waiting but the itching is so intense. I have not had sex in almost two years. but there are a few ulcers - none have blistered or anything, no burning. just this itch and its driving me up a wall. Now the dr did swab the area but said they didnt look suspicious and that my discharge was more on the mucus side but because I have chronic BV she said she would test for it and yeast because the area is raw. she didn’t think it was herpes and it doesn’t look like anything online but there is more than one they are kind of spread out why I was thinking yeast infection that was really bad. or my nerve endings popped as i do have nerve pain. someone please help as i have to wait a week for results an my aanxiety is so bad.

if u have been treated for bv recently then its most likely a yeast infection as most bv treatments are known for causing yeast u should apply some clotrimazole cream to the effected skin to see if that helps usually it clear within 3/4 days but can take up to 7/10 days depending on how severe it is

tests negative again! drs not sure, treating for yeast an bv anyways. might go see a neurologist, symptoms line up with chronic nerve pain as well. just needing some sort of Solution
