really rough

Still feeling bad ...terrible anxiety. Crying . feel physically ill with anxiety.  Just checked with calendar and I'd started reducing in march. I got down from 200mg to 150 mg over 12 weeks  until just under 5 weeks ago,   when I increased back to 200mg. Never felt as bad as this with an increase but have to admit that in the past they have only ever been increased by 25mg over time. never done a 50mg leap. My mind is going haywire with panic . cant figure out if this is just me , the tablets or a mix of both

    I stopped Zoloft and now on Lexapro hitch I took for many years before! Worked great for 9 yrs on 10 mil, but now have increased to 10 mil! Feeling very jittery and nervous but I am trying to stick with it! Today is my 5 day! These feelings are awful!

    Been on it for 5 weeks now it's working but I'm still get this out of body spaced out feeling from time to time and I get light headed

    I feel your pain, I've been taking sertraline for almost 3 months at 50 mg. I can't really tell if it's working, I read bible scriptures on anxiety and depression, it helps me the most. I'm thinking positive thinking helps me more then the medicine, but I'm still taking them in hopes they are helping since I feel better then I did 3 months ago.
