about 8 days ago the guy i have been sleeping with since november with protection, we didnt use protection. then friday night he tells me he has herpes and has had herpes for about 10 years. he says he hasnt had an outbreak since july. but i am still worried. the day before he told i thought maybe i was getting a yeast infection, due to pain and itching. now im worried it could be this. so what do you think?

thank you! i had blood drawn today at urgent care just in case, but the dr never did an exam, did give me something for a yeast infection though. this gives my mind some ease

yeast infections can dry out the surrounding skin an it starts to produce oil thats probably why they have occurred once treated they will probably subside

thanks. makes me feel a lot better. honestly wouldnt of been worried except for the one time of unprotected sex.

if u notice any blisters or sores u should get swabbed asap usually a good indication of herpes but those are 100% fordyce spots /granules

they just came up 2 days ago. i have never noticed them there before, even went and looked at old pictures. i had blood drawn at urgent care but still plan on going to get an actual exam just to put my mind at ease. hopefully its just a bad yeast infection from switching soaps. just timing matched with him telling me is all

well theyre either inflamed or if anything it's something else. doesnt look like herpes at all.

yeast drys out the skin in the vagina forcing it to over produce oil in order to keep the skin lurbicated that oil then moves up towards the surface of the skin which can be visably see which is wat u are seeing

does not look like herpes at all looks like fordyce spots. But i would reconsider this partner. He knew he had and never disclosed it with you is very wrong. Please know condoms only protect about 30% from herpes and you can still get it when they dont have an outbreak.

so i now have these two spots? i thought they were ingrown hairs but i dont see any hairs in them? i shaved to get a better look. im going to call my dr in morning and see what they say but what do yall think? ingrown hairs just to deep to see?
