Red blister like spots, is it candida?

So i get this red rash made up of small red blister like spots on penis tip Ive used anti fungal cream but they keep coming back, they itch a bit but that's it. There is never any kind of pain or discharge. I always keep the area clean and dry. Any ideas or advice? imageimage

    Dear nathan,

    Does the rash recur after unprotected sex with your partner? If the rash flares up after sex, it could be punctate balanitis from a thrush allergy. I suggest you ask your partner to have a check for thrush and to get treated if she does, as it may be the trigger for your recurrent symptoms/balanitis.

      I have not had any kind of unprotected sex since early November of 2019. It was just kind of a one night stand. I did first notice it about 2 weeks after that. As far as noticing anything that triggers it i couldn't say. It kind of just flares up maybe once every couple weeks.
