Hello everyone,
A neighbour of mine has been having trouble with lumps on his face, however, they actually went down on their own. He now has 3/4 lumps on his neck which are very red and quite hard but he's stubborn and won't see a Dr.
They look quite angry and I have told him he needs to see a Dr, does any one have any idea of what this could be? he has put Ibuprofen Gel on them but I don't think it will help.

I suspect sebaceous cysts , but I never saw so many together
if I had those I'll run to a dermatologist asap.
If he's in NY he can go to Dr Altchek , same day walk in , $100 without insurance , he's good ,I went there 6 times

Pattino is correct...they are infected sebaceous cysts. Ibuprofen gel will do nothing for them. They may discharge white pus quite spontaneously but he must be very thorough with washing his face and hair and hands,every day. Try to dissuade him from having any more tattoos while he is suffering from these cysts. If they keep erupting and spreading he may need antibiotics. He must keep his hands away from them and not pick at them.
