i have just notice that i have like a thin white layer and it looks like a rind because i can remove it. if anyone can help me to know what it is

As Kim points out, for most males with this problem unprotected sex is the source of the problem - if you had unprotected vaginal for example recently, then your girlfriend may have a fungal / yeast infection. To some extent, the human body always has bacteria and things like yeast / fungals present, it is when they multiply out of control that they can cause problems like you are currently experiencing .....
