I had a sexual intercourse a while back with protection but I see red spots on my penis 10 days back. Its itchy. Can anyone suggest what it might be and help me with it?

Washing (with water, no soap) daily, and taking a leak and washing after masturbation or sex will probably help, and you could also try Canesten cream or Daktarin cream. Loose fitting cotton underwear may help, and some sites recommend washing underwear with non-biological washing powder or liquid.
Personally, I wouldn't see a doctor unless it gets a lot worse or just doesn't go away.

I wouldn't suggest any drugs. An antifungal cream would normally be enough. For severe cases, oral antifungal medication (ie tablets) might be prescribed, but you'd need to see a doctor for that, and I don't think what you have needs it anyway.
