Red spots / rash on penis head and foreskin

So me and my girlfriend have been using condoms up until she started taking the pill, then we started having un protected sex, 3- 4 days later i noticed a spot or two on my penis head, and more have seemed to populate on my penis. They’re itchy and sore ish to touch but i’m not sure if they are blisters or not. I’m 18, and i’m worried its herpes, Ive read that the pill can cause yeast infections because of the gain in estrogen but i’m still worried its something more serious

    Herpes doesn't itch until they start to heal. Its more than likely a yeast infection but in any case go see a dr and get tested.

    No problem! To clean your penis just use running water and your fingers to rub the surface of your foreskin and glans(head). If you use soap it'll kill off the bacteria there that help prevent bad bacteria from infecting you.

    Thank you! Its mostly gone now, and its not itchy, its just the skin in red and patchy in places compared to others

    Itll take some time to heal. Be careful on the pill, 2 of my nephews came came into the world while they were on the pill
