Red spots that have been here for 4 months, anyone know what this?

Hi all, around January this year.

?My penis became quite itchy and I couldn't stop urinating for about 5 days.

?After this subsided I was left with these red spots that haven't really left.

?I'm in relationship with my wife and have been for 17 years, not sleeping around etc.

?I've tried to find what this is but haven't managed to find it online.

?The 1st couple of photos are from Now May and the last are from January (4 months ago). Hope someone can help?
