Redness in glans and Foreskin veins red

I have been facing this problem from 2020 and now 4 years.... I'm 18 Virgin. I have redness in glans and foreskin is red whenever I ejaculate I have red glans. I used Candid cream and Mupirocin Ointment whenever I use it, the problem get's disappear but whenever I stop using it, it comes back again. My foreskin is also little tight and dry when I open it I can see my foreskin marks on my glans. I'm not confident to tell this to my parents now.
