they gave me anti Fungal cream but didn't do much. mine irritates when it touches my underwear or even hands. do you use the Accutane medicine for the skin?

      have you seen any doctor?

yes ive been to several doctors for this issue. They told me is autoimmune condition like eczema because they dont see any infections. The only thing we can do is to moisturize penis with natural products without any chemicals or pharmaceutical components because they have side effects especially on sensitive penis skin. Its a chronic condition and we have to keep our immunsystem strong and live with it and maybe it will go away

it looks like lichen sclerosis which is indeed an autoimmune condition. it primarily happens to uncircumcised men.

Prolonged skin context with urine is thought to be cause. Need to avoid urine touching skin. use a barrier cream. Also use non-soap washing (Eg. E-45 Wash).

treatment is a very potent steroid cream for 4 weeks sometimes that works. it stops the advance. it wont reverse existing damage

if repeats then circumsision is recommended

it occasionally get infected when skin cracks get infected from skin bugs. Steroid cream with antimicrobials can treat that
