well about 4 weeks ago i saw little pimples on my penis a week after raw sex it was said by my doctor to be an infection so he gave me creams i used it and had to wash my pnis regularly so the pimples decreased but if u looked really really closely they were still there but as tiner than an ant actual so a week ago im masturbating and when the semen releases my entire penis jus turns redish all over really quickly then the next day its gone i jus took a showeer and some soap probably got on the head and it happen again no pain but theres a kind of sweet itch on the bottom of the head

It's hard to tell from those pics, but it could just be balanitis. If it is, then these links may help:

If you're not doing so already, then take a leak and wash down there (water only, no soap) after ejaculating.

It shouldn't, but it might. It's not uncommon for thrush-type infections to ping-pong between partners. Canesten cream may help.

Yes, but it's usually not a big problem. It doesn't count as an STI because it can happen without having sex, especially for women.
