3 days ago I dropped from 40 to 30 as my psych thought 40 was too high for me. I had been on 40 for a month. I feel very strange today nausea and like I m not here and very anxious

Is this cos of the drop ?

I was only on 40 for a month and have dropped 10. Am surprised I feel so bad. Not that I was feeling good beforehand.

Hi I haven't reduced my dose but from reading posts on here this does sound like increased side effects from reducing. It might have been better to reduce slower i.e. 2.5 mg at a time. Not sure as you have done 3 days on the reduced it might just be better to keep going and ride it out.

Keep in touch and let us know how you get on x

Have felt a bit better at times today.

I definately think 40 was too high for me but now have to readjust to 30.
