Reflux

Does anyone have fluttering in their chest and neck with reflux. Could be spasms in throat.

I'm not sure I had spasms but I definitely had cramping. Had an ekg thinking I was having a heart attack. Reflux gave me lots a weird things.

Yes I get palpitations. I have had an ecg and echocardiogram and both normal. It's just the reflux

  I read somewhere that the reflux irritates the vagus nerve and it is that irritation that causes the palpitations and neck symptoms. When I have it bad it feels like I'm being strangled by an invisible hand. There are barely any food that I can eat that don't aggravate the reflux. Without ppi's I may as well not eat cos I always feel full from all the irrigation anyway. It's so frustrating that so many of us suffer from this and just have to live with it
