Reverse fusing?

Posted , 6 users are following.

I seem to recall some discussion in this forum about reversing fusing.  Has anyone had any success with oils, or other non-surgical approaches?  Mine isn't terrible, but I'd like to stop any further fusing, and, if possible, reverse what's happened.

Thanks.

I'm giving at least partial credit for releasing adhesions in my perineum to my daily use of jojoba oil with a little pure frankincense essential oil (three drops in a dropper bottle of jojoba). I've been on Protopic for six months as well, so that may be at least part of it. Anyway, these adhesions were very quickly reducing the opening of my vjay. Now it's stable. When the adhesions release it's like a tear, but not deep and bloody like they used to be. It seems only the white surface is tightening and when it tears there's fresh pink flesh in the opening, not a horrible wound. The oil helps heal it quickly. No stinging. I wish I'd had this when my labia were sticking together over my clitoris. Maybe I could have stretched the seam open, bit by bit.

The reversal of my fusing came when I started to use baking soda rinses and baths. That in combo with coconut oil.  And regular dilation.  Gradually the white patches 'melted' away.

I wish this could become true for many.

Great stuff, thanks for the replies.  What mix of water/baking soda do you use?  How much baking soda should I put in a bath?

I'll definitely try the jojoba oil/frankincense, too.

Should the clob be any help at all as far as reversal?  Or at least stopping it?  I'm also using a small dab of estrogen cream (nightly) for two weeks.

My lady bits look a bit worn out, I didn't realize the LS was actually causing some inflamation.  The clob worked, essentially 'deflating' the inflamation, so there is a bit of excessive skin.  At my age, skin elasticity (56) is not my strong suit, but I'm hoping some of the skin will retreat in time.

    Thanks again for your help!

Nobody here complaains about excess vulvar flesh, that's for sure. It's all in retreat.

1/3 cup baking soda in the bath, 1 tbsp in a basin, a pinch in a squirt bottle.

Not excess vulvar flesh (!!)  It's the fleshy part above the clitoris (Prepuce of clitorus, and/or labium majus -- according the diagram I can find) that was a bit 'plumped' that is now deflated.

I'm off to the co-op to find Baking Soda that isn't chemically processed, for a nice, long baking soda bath!

I suspect the de-plumping in that area is inevitable post menopause. From my point of view (post-men) that is window dressing I don't care about.quite a few men lose the plump in their butts and wind up with a field of folds, Too bad, who cares?

I also wonder in how far my hormone replacement helps.  And of course I keep using a small amount of glob.  (twice a week)  I think it is a combination of factors.

And of course a person gets older, also down there.  I think that the artform is to make the best of it.
