Rezum Prostate Procedure effect on ejaculate volume

Hi:

Had the rezum procedure about 9 months ago. Happy with the results on urinary function, much better flow and not many trips to bathroom overnight. However, not pleased with changes to sexual function. Erection and pleasurable feelings are fine, however, ejaculate volume is much decreased. So much so that I can barley tell if anything came out. Ejaculate is not retrograde since I checked by peeing into container to look. I find it frustrating, feels like shooting blanks. I should be happy to be sexually intact given my age, curious if anybody else had similar experience after this procedure.

    I had PAE and much tissue ended up being reduced. I also noticed the same problem.
