Risky exposure to HIV! please some guidance.

Dear all. I had sex with a young sexual worker, while I was kissing her vagina, I touched her anus and vaginal lips and accidentally an instant later with that very finger I touched my urethra, 5 or 10 minutes later I washed me penis with a liquid soap. I have no cuts or injuries on my penis's skin and I saw no blood on my fingers or her anus, actually she looked very clean. I'm worried about vaginal fluids or anal residue. can the virus get inside my urethra? after that we had sexual intercourse with condom and there were no problem at all. I am concerned because of the vaginal fluids or anal residue in my urethra.
