    hiya mum

i hope you are not too down mum :? sorry to here about your son getting his console pinched

well overnight i've definitely levelled out, luckily i haven't swung the other way into depression either (touch wood) i'm hoping the mood stabilizers are doing there job, i'm on 175 mg now :ok:

i don't know wether you know mum but having the urge to go on a spending spree is a classic symptom of bipolar  i don't tend to do that, im too tight lol   with me that sort of behaviour manifests itself in risky/dangerous behaviour, like say, if i see a gang of yoofs in the park drinking and being generally anti social, ill go and bollock um and sort um out  it doesn't matter how many of um there are or how big they are  errrrrrrm not a good idea in this day and age methinks  especially at my age, being 5' 8\" and weighing 10. 1/2 stone soaking wet :bat:

take no notice of last nights rant, i'm not wired up right lol

    take care,
