Rough vulva

Hi all, Ive contracted herpes in 2016, few months later I had a fissure around the perineum, and also noticed the surface of my vulva is rough. It has been a year and it's still there. It doesn't itch or anything. Been to few doctors none could tell what it is and some even said it looks normal. I would upload pictures on here but I don't know how. Sometimes it looks like small little bumps in close up pictures. Don't think it's herpes but I suspect it's genital warts but you have to look closely to see it. Can't find anything online either. Please help sad

Are you sure it wasn't like that before, but you just never noticed because you never had reason to really look around there before? I've noticed things, too, but only for that reason!

I was thinking that too. But I really don't remember it to be rough. And a doctor told me, if it's rough it's definitely unusual. It's supposed to be smooth. He's the one who pointed that out before I realised it. sad

I reckon it's probably just the way you are. I discovered hidden pigmented patches and rough/bumpy bits that were obviously always there, but I just never realised it until I started poking around with a mirror and flashlight! Lol

Do you know where I can share pictures or link on here? Hm yeah it's sort of in patches. Big patches on both side. It looks like eggs. I still think it really used to be smooth tho and that's how it should be.

Also, It's been a year, I still remember discussing with you on the possibilities that I might be infected with herpes. It's weird that recently I start to get outbreak more often and worse. It's starts from a bump then to a big patch of wound. My first outbreak was so tiny, it only hurt abit. It seems like it isn't going less or easier. It's depressing.

Photos can be uploaded here, but via the desktop site only. "Looks like eggs".. Sounds most unusual!
