Rubber Band Ligation

Hey guys,

I got a laser and rubber band ligation treatment last Thursday and have been recovering since. Quite a lot of pain the first two days and now it's mostly unbearable for 5 minutes after a bowel movement. Sitz bath and hot water bag really helps.

Also, it does pain everytime I try to 'suck in' or contract. Is this normal?

Over the last two days, I've observed a whitish growth near the anus. Is this normal and go away with time? I am really scared I may have to go through another procedure. I've attached an image here. Can someone please check and ease my anxiety a bit?
