Runny nose,sneezing in extremely hot temparatures sometimes headache

i am suffering from runny nose and sneezes mainly when i sweat during hot weather . it also occurs randomly sometime. Headache during exams and also a fever like feeling only that moment . I also think that i have decreased brain capability for i used to be a topper. possible cerebospinal fluid leakage

P.S. the doctors in my country r not competent
