Last winter I had a breakdown, It led to several visits to the GP and a paramedic out for a panic attack and so on. I have suffered with anxiety for years, but last year was bad. Im on 20mg of citalopram. Since I started it again in Feb I have been feeling loads better. However over the last 3 weeks my anxiety is re-appearing and its really getting to me, I cant go through what happened at the beginning of the year and I dont know how to help myself. 😢

Hi, I had a breakdown last year too , chronic anxiety and depression plus panic attacks.
You may need to revisit your docs to get dose upped till you feel better.
I have been med free this year by using meditation to still my mind and mindfulness to live in the moment.
Anxiety need thoughts of future events to survive and cant survive in the present.
Try reading Eckhart Tolle The Power of Now...
All the best 😃
