Scalps

I have a itchy sore scalp which I can pick (sorry sounds gross) my OH had a look and said it's not red or sore looking but it drives me mad. Doctors just recommended a shampoo to use without looking at it.  Wondered if scalps were also on our menopause list?

Skin thins so could well be.

Did they mention T-Gel shampoo, found it great, took three washes to start working but wouldn't be without it

Another TGel user here, could be from a blocked hair follicle, that happens a lot  leave TGel on head for half hour let it soak in to scalp,I find the brown one better than clear TGel,feels more medicated . Give that a try

Is a specially formulated range that is easily found, get mine in Boots the chemist. It was my hairdresser who was helpful on this one and was able to guide me, so if you have one speak to them. It was her pointed me at T-Gel

I had scalp issues, docs suggested I try medicated dandruff shampoo, didn't work. I read about Tea Tree oil shampoo, didn't work. Docs thought it might have been due to change in weather. I was sent to a specialist who said it might be food allergies but testing was not real accurate so they gave me a liquid steroid and told me to find a shampoo that would not irritate the scalp.

I use John Freida shampoo and conditioner. For hair spray I use Free & Clear brand which I buy thru Amazon. If I change products I have issues again. This all started 3 years ago

      Hi Taz

      thanks hun...

i have every shampoo known to man ... and repair kerotins .. they are good

but still have hair coming out, thought it may be because i clip it up, so have left it down more, and clip it loosley now .. so not to pull at roots..

asked Gyno about it ... and he said also it can be down to hormones and maybe lose abit for a few weeks, then it stops ... like mine did.. then lose again..

ugh ... its more noticable when its longer for sure.. looks more than there actually is..

oh well... I have some polish for when i have none left...

shiney head ... shiney mind 😀😳

i am sure it will be okay ... not going to worry about it at the moment ..
