Scar Tissue after TURP

I had TURP approximately 10 years ago. The surgery went well and urine flow was great for 3 months. Flow decreased to a dribble, so back into surgery I go to remove scar tissue. I was ok for about 1.5 years and then back into surgery.

I recently had Aquablation. Doctor said I was opened up and all scar tissue removed. It's been a just under a year and my urine flow is fair. will this ever end? Any recommendations?
