David, it is most certain that what you have is something that is naturally present on the corona and very top of the shaft of your penis.
What the circled one could actually be is a combination of a Pearly Penile Papule and a Fordyce Spot - depending on your age, you could develop more of these until you mid- to late-20's.
If your concern is due to having unprotected sex at sometime the only way you can rule out the presence of an STD / STI is to get tested .....
