Scared all the time

Does anybody else just feel scared all of the time? On edge constantly ?

    Yes. Sometimes my little one can drop a toy and it bang on the floor and it makes me jump!

    My whole body constantly feels tense especially my stomach

    Yes i do, its awful feeling, its much less than it was , and I'm 5 and a bit weeks in to sertraline. Are you on any meds?

    Yep that would be me I severe anxiety and cars rides I freack out I almost can't do anything without being scared thinking I'm going to die its horrible

    yes since been sick  --panic  attacks  came alive  stay real nervous,least thing  stirs me up not really  scared  just worries me    try  and make myself go on is very hard

      my neck injury  is hurtidng me  , my ears are messed up from last antibodtic, my head is hurting, under my ribs are  hurting,my back  on top of that  have to pysch myself up to clean drs   clinic at 9 pm last night until next friday than have 2 big dr clinics back to back  ,is hard to do when ur nerves are shot and u feel panicky

    Its so horrible to live this way. I find healing mediatation really useful.

    i am always on edge about something going wrong. If y mum goes out i feel i am going to get a phonecall tosay something has happened to her god forbid.
