i was on .5mg of estrogen and just went to change it and i must have taken it off or it fell off? i wondered why the past few days ive felt SO AWFUL!

i have epstein barr virus and i feel awful most of the time anyway but hormones help with everything so dr upped my dose and although i was reluctant to go on a higher dose ive just slapped it on .75 mg.

wondered if anybody else is on the higher dose ?
