Second outbreak herpes type 1. Please help!

So in January I had my first horrific herpes out break on my private area. It was AWFUL. Worst pain I have ever experienced. My doctor tested it and the results came back herpes type 1, so she said I probably got it from my sex partner who had a cold sore or had herpes and gave me oral.

Anyway, I was really constipated a few weeks ago and when I finally was able to go my stool was very hard causing pain to my anus (sorry TMI) but I assumed my pain in my butt was from being constipated and having hard stools well just a few days ago I noticed small blisters forming all over my anus and now my limpnoids in my groin area are so swollen (just like when I had my first outbreak) that it's quite clear to me that it's another outbreak. I've been on antibiotics for only two days now but it's still so painful!! The worst possible place to have an outbreak would be your butt hole and that's where it is. The right side of my groin is so sore too it's hard to walk. Idk what to do especially with it being the weekend and my doctors office is closed. Any suggestions on what to do to ease pain? Or has anyone else experienced this? They told me with herpes type 1 it's not as bad as type 2 but I'm still in so much pain deff not as bad as my first outbreak but it's still pretty bad. I feel so gross and now I'm depressed and down just like I was when I had my first outbreak. Please give honest feedback on what to do and if this is normal. Thank you!!

    From what I read on the. cdc website, you can have multiple break outs... the first year is the worst. Call your doctor to get meds to help ease the pain and possibly take a sitz bath.

    The meds you should get is Valacyclovir which are blue pills & Zovirax cream for your vagina & bottom. It works wonders

    Yeah I've been on meds for a few days now. Both of those actually but it's still not doing much the cream deff helps but as soon as it wares off I'm in a lot of pain. I just didn't expect this with type 1.

    Are you taking tylenol? Do that aswell. Vagisal also helped to get me to sleep without pain
