Self harm can anyone help

I've done something really stupid! 😞 

Never done this before and never even crossed my mind, been drinking tonight which probably hasn't helped but was was just so frustrated so I cut myself, I don't think it's that bad but please someone tell me they won't scar? I know it's Really stupid! Please Don't ask me why I did because I don't know x

      Glad to hear you're ok, i have a few that wern't very deep and they have gone completely so i'm sure you will be fine and they won't scar x

    Oh! Dear Dondons I empathize with you as I too once self harm and sadly they do leave scars mine are from years ago but not faded with time try other forms of none harming for example an elestic band used to work a treat with me you put it on your wrist and really stretch it and let go you sure get pain the same as cutting but no scars to be ashamed of in later life another one is take a red marker pen (the washable kind) and the next time you feel like slf harm use that at least you can wash it off when things have subsided a bit and you do not have to hide the cuts until they heal.

    Always remember this:-  You are a child of the universe no more no less than the trees and stars you have a right t be here as we all do.  And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.  It is still a beautiful world be cheerful strive to be happy.

      please do my arm is like an underground map from 47 years ago now I sent you a private message as regards covermark I am not sure if it is still available on the NHS as my last script for this was one year ago.

    Hi,

    Not sure if your going to get this because dont know if your still posting on here.  Can I just ask was it a one off or are you still doing it. I though mine was a one off but am still doing it 11 months down the line.
