Serious issue with my private part

pre-warn photo of my private part is attached so that i could get a better opinion from you guys.

I was diagnosed by doctor that i have balanitis. however after months of taking really good care of my penis, and religiously using the cream given by doctor, it is not at all healing. i have checked twice last year for std, but result all come out as clean.

it is affecting my sex life so much, i actually broke up with my gf. please, i need professional advices.

    You may need antibiotics. You night have yeast (candida) also. Go back to the dr.

      hi mate. its not yeast so i have it checked as well. do you think pills is enough or its still mandatory to apply cream? i believe the cream is too strong and its damaging my penis as well over time..
