Hi my doctor told me to go from 100mg down to 50mg I have to do that for about 3 weeks I was just wondering if anyone has any advice or has any side effects from coming off sertaline.

    I came off it completely almost 3 weeks ago, and I feel fine.  I think if you search this site you will find lots of people who have come off it gradually, they might be able to help you.  I usually just do what my doctor tells me and make sure I read the leaflets inside the medication.  Good luck!  You must be getting better!cool

      Thank you I'm just glad it's going ok for me I'm hopefully going to get back on track and complete my next chapter in my life.
