Serteraline (200mg/day)+ Venlafaxine (150mg/day) drowsy all day

Hi,

i am suffering from MDD.i should take "Serteraline" (200mg/day) + "Venlafaxine" (150mg/day).I sleep about 9 hours a day (12pm to 9am) but all day drowsy,sleepy.

I can not concentrate.this is a very hard situation for me.I'm losing my job.

what should am i do ? any advice or tips that can help me ? or should i left my medicines?

(whatever i take medicine or not i am an Incapable.)

    I’m so sorry you’re going through this. 

    I’m surprised you take multiple ssris. 

    Bu the dr must think they’re necessary. 

    How long have you been on them?

    anyone know how lethal is Amitriptyline cocktail?

    Amitriptyline  8 grams

    Cimetidine    2.5 grams

    Midazolam    300 mg

    Diazepam     300 mg
