    Pleased its starting to work,

Your question is difficult to answer as your in the time frame when it normally starts to work and feel rather good. So im more swayed to the fact your 50mg was starting to kick in as normally an increase takes a few weeks to start. I wish you well

Hi,sickness ahs more or less gone so back on food.Feel generally pretty good instaed of just feeling like total crap.I can + willingly hold a conversation now instaed of one word answers or simply avaoiding situation.Feel more incontrol of life .Anx seems to have gone (but any little sensation i always wonder if it's coming back -thats why i was put on sert)Until about 10 wks ago i never had anx-but problems with bus must have subconciously brought it on.Doc said i was in real crisis mode when i saw him.I think that i may have had this for years but 10 wks ago it was brought to a head.I am sure the business prob made me ill for years so now i'm getting out in a few weeks.

    Hi Sugar,

Not being one who agrees with taking pharmaceuticals I was pretty surprised that sertraline worked so well for me. I felt the effects very quickly. first on 50 mg and it helped so much. After some months it was put up to 100mg which did not agree with me and I went back to 50 and it has been okay. Now nearly a year later I intend to come off them soon. Guess we are all different.

    Good luck.
